Bot Or Not?!

Here are 2 demos of some guy I saw on a server. I think he uses some type of
aimbot. What do you think? Does he use a bot, or not?

Please only give me your opinion if you know what bots look like.
I know bots can be toggled off/on and have there field of view changed also.
